Absolutely appalled by the horrendous customer service by a manager at Taco Bell in Hickory today. Witnessed a Female manager yelling at a young girl working in the drive thru only because she was verifying the order and repeated the order to me and the manager came from behind and started talking to her as if she did not know anything and was yelling, "why are you repeating, do you not understand, keep the line moving" it made the young girl very embarrassed so she walked away because I saw her get emotional and the manager yelled at her again and told her to serve the customer, serve the customer, and she was about to cry and I could tell she was going to go home and feel so defeated and hurt.
No one deserves to be treated like that by a manager, where did good role models go and mentoring the young on their first starting job. Gosh, the young girl was doing her job, was kind, good thing she repeated the order- "what if" it was wrong, and I went home and had issues please do better #tacobell and no one should be treating people like especially in a public place in front of people there is a way to teach and this manager is a piece of work and loud and rude. This is not the first time. I felt so bad for the girl and told her that she is doing a great job and I am sorry and there was no smile on her face.
That manager at that location is disrespectful and mean to all her staff from what I have seen overtime. She has her kid in the restaurant and she gives him tasks. I will not be visiting again. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. I felt so bad for the young girl and her confidence.
I wouldn't recommend anyone's child getting a job at the Jack Ln Taco Bell in Hickory especially with that witch of a manager and I hope she sees this post. Also, I contacted corporate and wrote an email and filled out the box and have not got no reply so if anyone can share this message or make something happen let's stand up for the younger generation and just be responsible, respectful, and kind to everyone.
