I placed an order at my local TB for pickup, but once I got there the doors were locked and they told me to go to the drive-thru. I know this local TB and the drive-thru times are atrocious, like 30-45 min sometimes. So I just asked them to give me a refund and they said if they don't accept the order I will get a refund. Well, I never got one, I called corporate and they said someone would give me a call back in a couple of days, it's been a couple of weeks now. What can I do???
Also when I pulled up, there were two employees just sitting out on their phones while it was rush time.
