
I love it! It's got a nice bright citrusy tartness and a pretty mild heat. I had it on sausage and eggs for breakfast today and it was fantastic. That bright grapefruit salsa verde flavor really cut through the fat and salt from the sausage. I really want to incorporate it in my pork chop brine next time I make them. I think it will work great with any smoked meats
