Does this Carolina Reaper plant look okay? This is my second year growing, still pretty new to this.

So as the title said, this is my second year growing peppers. Last year I just did Carolina Reapers and ghost peppers. This year I'm doing both of those, four of each, some ornamental Thai hot chilies, and some Tabasco peppers. Thinking of starting some different seven pots and some scorpion peppers. Just wanted to know if this plant looks good though. I think my leaves were a bit darker green and bigger last year. I did everything relatively the same though.. Also I'm not sure why the one ghost pepper plant is so small. It was the same size as the other one when I got it but the other one got way bigger? And doesn't have any peppers yet. I also just read about picking the flowers.. didn't know that was a thing 😅
