

So my very first time making tortilla did a corn one and turned out sooo good!
I did a sort of fajita style dish with Pulled Mushrooms ( Oyster and Enoki marinaded in soy sauce, maple syrup, fae beef stock, and orage a little freshly squezzed orange juice with oragano, paprika, cayne pepper, and cumin)
It was bloody delicious! The Mushrooms had a similar texture to pulled pork ( they were a great meat sub not that it tastes like meat but it it super yummy as it is)
Really proud of my self taught mexican dishes of late. 🙂
