My friend wanted tacos Al pastor, but it was still kind of early so the taco man was just getting the coal broken up and the fire started in the trompo, BUT, across the street the chicken man had pollo al pastor ready to go! It comes with tortillas, rice, salsa and cabbage, ready to make tacos. She loved it! I love those roasted jalapeños.
