Came across this sub and decided to give it a try.
Ingredients
1. Tomatoes
2. Homegrown jalapeno
3. Homegrown serrano pepper
4. Onion
5. Garlic
I added lime juice, salt, smoked paprika and cumin aswel. Grilled the veggies for 25 minutes in the oven and blended everything.
If anyone has pointers please let me know.
Next time I'll use pineapple!
