Reminds me of my childhood vacations in my parents home in Mexico when we would go to el llano and the grown ups would cook food while my cousins and I would be playing. Was rare when we’d go to a spot with a river but those were my favorites!

Rice is pure sugar. Beans are full of oxalates which screw your mitochondria. Better the arrachera for the energy from the ketosis.
