Dry Chilli Chicken
– Heat Some Oil
– Add Chopped Garlic, Chilli, Corriander Leaves
– Cook On High Flame
– Next Add, Dice Cut Onion, Tomato, Capsicum
– Cook For 1-2 Minute
– Mix Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder
– Pour It & Cook For Another 2-3 Minutes
– Switch Off The Flame
– Marinate Boneless Chicken With Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Powder, Soy Sauce, Corn Flour
– Mix Them Well
– Shallow Fry Them On Medium Flame (Each Side 3-4 Minutes)
– Pour It Over Cook Sauce
– Add 1 Tsp Sugar
– Mix Them Well
– Serve Hot With Fried Rice
