Easy 20 Minute Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb meat
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
1 cube of chicken bullion with two cups of water (can be substituted with chicken or vegetable stock)

1 Small diced green pepper
1 Small diced onion

1 can of 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 can of 16 oz kidney beans

Directions:

Sautee the ground beef in 2 tbsp of oil.
Once all of the water is cooked off, add the green pepper and diced onion. Continue cooking until it’s soft.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Set your pressure cooker or instant pot to 10 minutes. (Your cook time may vary)
Serve on it’s own or with some corn bread or tortilla chips.
