Zone 5b Charapita Harvest. We love growing these plants, this was about 90% of the total Harvest at the end of the year from 6 fairly large plants. While they are a hassle to harvest they are completely worth it and a little goes a long way with these flavour bombs. We typically grow them every other season as they can be a handful and take up lots of room.

I’ve never dried them – do they keep their flavor and heat? The flavor is the awesome part imo
