INGREDIENTS
β’ Unsalted butter β Β½ cup (softened)
β’ Garlic β 1 tbsp (very finely chopped / paste)
β’ Chilli flakes β 1Β½ tbsp
β’ Kashmiri red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Salt β ΒΌ tsp
β’ Black pepper β ΒΌ tsp
β’ Oregano / mixed herbs β ΒΌ tsp (optional)

π₯ METHOD (LIGHT COOK)
1οΈβ£ Melt butter on very low flame
2οΈβ£ Add garlic β sautΓ© 5β6 seconds only (no colour)
3οΈβ£ Switch off flame
4οΈβ£ Add chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, pepper & herbs
5οΈβ£ Mix well β cool β store airtight
