Finally got around to trying the infamous Mad Dog 357. I went in a little too confident because I've tried Elijah's Extreme Regret and didn't think it was unbearable but, this stuff is on a whole other level heat-wise. This is probably the hottest hot sauce I've ever had in my life. It felt like my tongue was getting tortured well after I ate it. I don't think it really brought much in the flavor department but as far as pure heat goes, this stuff is no joke.

I ruined my dinner once with this stuff. A local taco shop had a hot sauce collection that was fun to try out new sauces. I was picking out a few to go with my burrito while out to dinner with my family. The guy behind the counter perked up and said to me, “do you like hot sauces? I’ve got a new one behind the bar. “
He gave it to me and I didn’t read the label and put on a generous amount and dove in to dinner. I got the hot sauce hiccups and it went downhill quickly.
