
Im not a hot sauce connoisseur but i do like medium to hot sauces and have tried quite a few… i only really like original Tabasco in bloody marys or on jerk chicken but i found this green Tabasco reduced to a quid in my local shop.. its really tangy and not that hot at all but i just had it on a cheese omelette (i used extra mature cheddar) and it was absolutely amazing..
Not hot enough to drown out the eggs and cheese but gave a proper lift to it cos it was so tangy.
Deffo using this on my omelettes from now on.
