Crispy Dal Pakoda Recipe | Perfect Chana Dal Pakode for Tea Time | Quick Snack #shorts



Crispy outside, soft inside chana dal pakoda made the traditional way.
Perfect for evening chai, rainy days, or when you’re craving something desi and crunchy.

• Chana dal (soaked overnight)
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Green chilli
• Coriander leaves
• Ginger garlic paste
• Salt
• Jeera
• Red chilli powder
• Coriander powder
• White sesame seeds
• Oil for deep frying

Steps:
1. Grind soaked chana dal into a coarse paste.
2. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, jeera, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and white sesame seeds.
3. Mix well without adding water.
4. Shape into small round pakodas.
5. Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot with chutney or tea.
