I think I know why I like this spicy, more runny hot sauce: First two ingredients are distilled vinegar and cayenne pepper mash. Thicker than your Tabasco or Trappey Red Devil, but much spicier. Perfect for breakfast, but a close second on pizza behind any other vinegar-forward, thin HS.
Pours more watery than a normal wide-mouth hotsause; not a shaker-type delivery sauce.
