🥔 Prepare the stuffing Grated potatoes and add all spices, mentioned above. Add coriander leaves . Mix it well. ➡️ 🫑 Prepare capsicum 1. Wash the capsicum and cut the tops off (like lids). 2. Remove seeds carefully without breaking them. 3. fry capsicum in some oil. 4. Stuff the prepared aloo masala in capsicum and cover with grated paneer. 5. Once again cook capsicum for few minutes. Paneer side should be down. 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. 3. Add tomato paste ,cook for a minute. 4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, Kasuri methi , sugar and salt. 5. Add curd and mix well. 6. Now place stuffed capsicum in this gravy and add some water. Cover and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame until water absorbs. 6. Turn occasionally so all sides cook evenly until soft and slightly charred.
