DELICIOUS SIMPLE CHILI RECIPE! COOK WITH ME

Ingredients:
Ground beef or turkey
Ginger garlic paste
Can of crushed tomatoes
Can of beans (White, kidney, black, etc)
water
chopped onions (You can also add celery if you like)
Chili seasoning mix
Hot taco seasoning mix

In a large pan add olive oil and ground meat with a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. Cook the meat till browned. Add chopped onions, and sautee till the onions are translucent. Add half the packet of chili seasoning and taco seasoning, mix well. Cook for a few mins and add your choice of beans (kidney beans, black beans, white beans,) are all great! To this add a can of crushed tomatoes, and fill the can with water and add to the pot. Mix well. and let it simmer on low. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the remaining seasonings, and let simmer for about 25 mins on low. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, sprinkle of cheese and some scallions!

Who doesn’t love a big warm bowl of chili, also known as Chili con carne (Chili with meat)? Chili is a very popular dish found in the United States of America, its something I have always loved eating as a kid! I recently learned that traditional chili doesnt have any beans, buttttt I LOVE BEANS, and honestly it adds a very different texture and dimension to the dish, so I think Ill keep adding it!
