🛒 Ingredients:

•Soya chunks – 1 cup

Salt – ½ tsp (for boiling)

Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Curd – 2–3 tbsp

Cornflour – 2–3 tbsp (for marination)

Oil – for frying

For Sauce:

Oil – 2 tbsp

Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)

Green chilli – 2 (chopped)

Onion – 1 medium (cut into cubes)

Capsicum – 1 (cubed)

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Cornflour slurry – 2 tsp cornflour mixed with 1 cup water

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

White sesame seeds – for garnish
