Super Hot Ginger Hot Sauce

I made this incredible hot sauce with fermented ginger, Thai chilis, and Szechuan peppercorns. Not spicy enough for my ridiculous heat tolerance so I added 6 super hots as shown in the 2nd picture. It cost me about $5 per bottle to make this and I made enough for 4 bottles.

I also wanted to give California Blazing Chile Farms a shout out since they haven’t been doing well for a little while. I have been buying peppers from them, to experiment with hot sauce ideas, for over 8 years now. They deserve the love and are amazing people who always give extras in their orders.
