Burger recipe-
2-3 lbs of ground beef
Season well with Kinders salt, pepper, garlic seasoning
Roll into balls, you can adjust to whatever burger size you prefer. Place on grill and smash with parchment paper between your grill press and the meat.
Cook on each side until your desired temp!
Melt cheese on each patty while it cooks the last couple minutes.
Sauce Recipe-
½ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
3 tbsp ketchup
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 ½ tbsp sweet pickle relish
Salt and Pepper
