My second attempt at homemade hot sauce

In Portugal, good hot sauce is hard to come by. However, I recently found a source for hot peppers, so I decided to try making my own. This is my second attempt (on the right, first on the left).

The sauce is carolina reaper, habanero, and malagueta peppers, fermented for ~10 days with carrot, shallot, and garlic. I love hot sauces that use carrot, so I decided to try it in mine.

It came out delicious, with quite the kick!

Next, I hope to try with homegrown peppers to expand my variety options.
