Starting some seeds in my Aerogarden, but this Aji Limo seedling is trying to make a run for it. I'm not quite sure how to go about fixing it. It's been slowly crawling out for the last 2-3 days.
My current system is to take these out and move them into soil after they have a few sets of true leaves.
I could try to use some tweezers and re-route the root into the hole, but I'm worried about damaging the root.
I'm also considering just putting some wet peat moss on top of the exposed root part until it's big enough to move to soil.
Last option would be to move it straight to soil, but I don't think it's big enough to survive that just yet.
I've never seen anything like this before. Has anyone else successfully dealt with a similar situation?
