It reminds me of the green sauce you get one of those west coast style fast, Greeley but delicious, burrito places. So a little runny compared to some habanero sauces. The heat isn't too intense but more of a slow building heat as opposed to a short delayed heat that hits all at once. The flavor is so freaking good though, it make you want to dump it on. They made the bottle so you do just that, for a sauce this liquidity, most have a plastic bit on the top to keep from dumping. See the amount missing from the bottle, that all went on my 1 burrito just now. My wife just left for a work trip and unpacked a bag from some previous trip and this sauce was in there. Its like how some cultures have table wine, this is my new table sauce.
