I transplanted most of these about a month and a half ago to their current 3.5” pots with some plant mix from a local store. They seem to be barely growing, whereas the leftovers I just threw in plastic cups with less mulchy soil, are an order of magnitude larger and greener. Should I consider repotting all of these with what seems to be better soil? It looks like I won’t be able to harden them off for another 10 days minimum.
