Both of my Ring of Fire cayennes have floppy yellow leaves. You can see how different it is compared to its neighbors. I am guessing overwatering or lack of N? They are in solo cups and are fed 3-1-2 every 14 days. 6 weeks.

What type of fertilizer? Like a liquid one or something else?
Just stop watering it & let it dry out completely before watering again. I typically let my peppers dry out to the point of droopy leaves before watering again. Keeps me from over watering & the stress makes my peppers spicier. Peppers are resilient as hell, it’ll bounce back
