Chili Lime 🍋‍🟩 Steak Bowls w/fires roasted corn salsa ~ DELICIOUS full of flavor and so fulfilling. I’m focused on using food for hormones but if you’re isn’t that, you could easily swap steak for a more budget friendly meat.

    Flank or skirt steak
    1 bag fire roasted corn
    Avocado, lime, cilantro, jalapeño
    Cauliflower rice base
    Black beans (small amount), red onion. Instructions: Season steak with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15–20 minutes at room temp. Cook in a hot cast iron skillet or grill 3–4 minutes per side for medium. Rest 10 minutes then slice thin against the grain. For the salsa, mix fire roasted corn, diced red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Cook cauliflower rice in a skillet with a little olive oil 5–6 minutes. Build bowls: cauli rice base, sliced steak, corn salsa, sliced avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
