I’m usually not for pruning and trust the plants to drop what they don’t need but I don’t want this to potentially spread if it’s an issue.
It’s one of the first leaves so it’s old and I have no doubt it’s been knocked around and damaged over time so it may just be that, but it’s also closest to the substrate and sometimes gets soaked. The rest of the plant is totally fine.

Nah, leave it. Let your plant be a plant and don’t fret over every little blemish or inconsistency.
If it’s going to keep you awake at night, remove it. Otherwise, meh
