Trinidad Scorpion advice

Hello everyone,

I’m a beginner grower and recently picked up this chilli plant from a garden centre. I noticed some of the leaves have small holes and are more yellow in colour and was wondering if this is normal for this type? Additionally, the plant is growing at a significant angle.

I’ve repotted into a larger pot with a mixture of John Innes #2 potting on compost and perlite to help with drainage. I have not added any feed/fertiliser at this stage. I live in zone 8 and have a conservatory that I plan to keep this in.

Any advice on initial care would be appreciated. Thanks!
