This week I am trying to go vegan. I have been vegetarian for about 2-3 months and I decided to try going vegan. This recipe was so good I absolutely loved it! I and loving coming cup with new recipes for my weight loss journey and I want to encourage anyone who is doubting themselves to keep going! Your results won’t come overnight! I encourage working out on a regular basis. Doesn’t have to be super intense or sophisticated. Maybe just a walk. Whatever suits you! And maintain a healthy diet and cut out artificial ingredients and avoid processed foods! Wherever you are don’t give up! Keep going and you will get there with time!
