19th Annual Winning With Diabetes in eastern North Carolina went virtual the month of November (Diabetes Awareness Month) with weekly “cooking” demonstrations. Week 2: 3 – Bean Chili great meal high in fiber & flavor!
1 cup of the 3 – Bean Chili is approximately 30 grams carbohydrates = small carbohydrate meal= 2 carbohydrate servings. Paired with a large tossed salad and you have a meal!
