Can someone help me identify what the stain is? Is this normal ripening or something else? I was told they were supposed to be turning yellow but one is starting to have a purplish stain on it.

Bell peppers maturing, on is getting a purplish stain, while others get yellow streaks

She’s just sunbathing, from great view too. The way the light reflects off the glass or other item in the room may explain why that one area has it versus the rest.
Anthocyanin suntan. Most of my peppers do this in the three species I grow. My purple leafed varieties do this intensely, like an addict.
My newest F1’s peppers that are in direct sunlight turn close to pitch black until ripening.
