Paneer Chili
For Paneer Coating
Ingredients
Paneer 250 gm
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 to 2 pinch
For Gravy
Ingredients
Onion 1 medium diced
Capsicum 1 medium Diced
Red Bell Pepper 1 medium Diced
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp each
Water 1/2 cup
Chili Paste 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2tsp
Salt as per ur taste
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chopped Parsley for garnish
