Chili Recipe

Chili is a very popular recipe nowadays and there are many version of it.
Today I’m showing you my own!
My chili doesn’t have too many ingredients but I assure you it is really tasty.
Chili can be made more spicy by adding some cinnamon, cumin or paprika.
In this version I made it with a milder taste since it was going to be eaten by my kids too.
Try it and enjoy it with family or friends. You can serve it with some rice and sour cream or put it inside some tortillas.

The doses are for about 4 people:

– 1 medium size onion
– 1 pepper
– 1 or more cloves of garlic
– olive oil
– salt
– 800g of minced meat
– 500 g of tomato sauce + peeled tomatoes
– hot pepper
– corn
