Red chilli sauce recipe || Red chilli oil recipe || spicy szechuan sauce

You will need:

Oil – 350 ml
Garlic – 4tbsp roughly chopped
Dried round red chilies – 120g
Water – 200 ml approximately
Vinegar – 100 ml
Sugar – 80 g

you can keep them in the refrigerator,
but the oil will solidify and become cloudy.
It does not look attractive but as the oil
reaches room temperature it will again
become liquid.
