Boiled Egg – 3-4
🔷For batter
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
AP flour / Maida – 1 tbsp
Black paper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tsp
Egg white – 1 egg
Refined oil for frying
🔷For gravy
Refined oil – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 3-4
Onion – 3-4
Capsicum – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 3/4 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Cornflour – 1 tsp
