My Chili Recipe
1 1/2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Large can of Red Kidney Beans 1 lb. 13 ounce or (2) 16 ounce cans drained and rinsed.
2 (14-1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
3 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Preperation
Cook first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink, drain. Put the rest of the ingredients in and simmer for 2 to 4 hours.
Enjoy, top with cheese onions and sour cream!
