Quick lunch box recipe : CHILI SOYA

Chili soya is a very tasty recipe. Soya has high nutritive value. Ingredients are easily available.
Ingredients:
1 cup Soya chunks( boiled)
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
2 big size onion
1 medium size capsicum
Oil
1 spoon of soya sauce, vinegar
2 spoon of green chili sauce and hot and sweet tomato sauce.
Half spoon black pepper
Salt and sugar to taste.
