Keto Chili Meal Prep Recipe

Keto ingredients

-3lbs beef or Bison
1-1 1/2 onion chopped
-11cloves of garlic
-2-3 can of diced tomatoes (garlic or fire roasted)
8oz of tomato paste
Two 4oz cans of hot and or mild green chilis
3tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chili powder
3 tbsp cumin
2tbsp Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 bay leaves

1st. Cook onion and garlic in a large pan or skillet until translucent
2. Add all beef break up and cook until browned
3. Add all ingredients in pan and final ingredients into slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Or on high for 3-4

Serve with cilantro, light sour cream, cheese, and or green onions diced.
