CHILI SAUCE RECIPE IN 2 WAYS | CHILI SAUCE RECIPE | HOMEMADE CHILI SAUCE | SWEET CHILI SAUCE RECIPE

👩‍🍳INGREDIENTS:

1st method:

Water – 240ml
Red dry chili – 4
Sugar – 60g
Vinegar – 75ml
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp.
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp.
Water to mix corn flour – 2 tbsp.

2nd method:

Water – 80ml
Sugar – 60g
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp.
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Chili flakes – 1 tbsp.
Vinegar – 75ml
Corn flour – 1 tbsp.
Water to mix corn flour – 2 tbsp.

👩‍🍳METHOD:

1st method:
01. Keep the cooking pot on the stove & add water.
02. Add red dry chili & bring it to boil.
03. Let it cool down.
04. Add it into a blender jar.
05. Blend for 2 minutes.
06. Pour it into the cooking pot.
07. Add sugar, salt, garlic & vinegar into it.
08. Cook for 10 minutes.
09. Mix corn flour with water in another cup.
10. Add the corn flour mixture into the cooked mixture.
11. Cook another 5 minutes.
12. Remove from the stove.
13. Store in an airtight box & keep inside the fridge. You can use this for 3 months.

2nd method:
01. Keep the cooking pot on the stove.
02. Add water, sugar, salt, chili flakes & vinegar.
03. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
04. Mix corn flour with water in another cup.
05. Pour it into the cooked mixture.
06. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
07. Remove from the stove.
08. Store in an airtight box & keep inside the fridge. You can use this for 3 months.
