Paneer Chilli with Fried Rice

Ingredients:

For Fried Rice:
Rice: 1 bowl (cooked)
Onion: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Spring Onion: 3-4 tsp (chopped)
Capsicum: 2 tsp (chopped)
Carrot: 2-3 tbsp (chopped)
French Beans: 2-3 tsp (chopped)
Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Chilli paste: ½ tsp
Schezwan Sauce: 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Salt : as per taste

Method:
1. In a heated oil add chilli garlic ginger paste and saute it for 30 seconds. Then add chopped onion and saute it for a minute. After that add spring onion, chopped capsicum, carrot and french beans saute them for 2-3 minutes on a medium to high flame.
2. Now add black pepper, salt, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and mix them well. Then add boiled rice and mix it lightly with the spoon.Here your fried rice is ready to serve.

For Paneer Chilli:

Ingredients:
Paneer: 200 gm
Onion: 2 tbsp (chopped) + 2 tbsp (dice)
Spring Onion: 3-4 tsp (chopped)
Carrot: 2-3 tbsp (chopped)
Capsicum: 2 tsp (chopped) + 2 tbsp (dice)
Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Chilli paste: ½ tsp
Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce: 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp
Salt : as per taste
Maida: 1 ½ tsp
Corn Flour: 2+1 tsp

Method:
1. In a plate add maida, corn flour, salt, black pepper and mix them well. Now coat the dice paneer in this mixture.
2. In a heated oil add paneer and shallow fry it in a medium flame until becomes light gloden brown. Then remove in the plate.
3. Now in a heated oil add garlic, ginger, chilli paste and saute it for 30 seconds. Then add chopped onion and saute it for a minute. After that add spring onion, chopped capsicum, carrot, dice onion and capsicum. Saute them for 2-3 minutes on medium to high flame.
4. Now add black pepper, salt, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix them well. Then add prepared corn flour slurry and add some water. Stir it continuously until the gravy becomes little thick. After that add shallow fried paneer and mix it well. Cook it for two minutes then add some spring onion over it. Here your paneer chilli is ready to serve.
