RECIPE::
White Sauce
Ingredients::
Seasame seed roasted & fine paste 3 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Mayonise 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp to taste
GREEN mint sauce :
Ingredients::
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
RED chili sauce .
Yogurt 1 cup
Red bell pepper 1/2 slice & grill fine paste
Tomato 1/2 slice 1/2 Fine paste
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Method … all ingredients blend fine paste . Dry spice and blend paste add into yogurt . Mix it well.
Serve with kabab and Shawarna ..
