Here’s one of my go-to meals. Something easy on the pocket and the pallet. This is a great meal for my people who are transitioning to the plant-based life.

Ingredients Used:
Goya Red Lentils
Rinaldi Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
Engine 2 Plant Strong Veggie Stock
Jiffys Vegetarian Cornbread Mix
Bobs Red Mill Garbanzo Bean Flour
Grapeseed Oil
1 Medium White Onion
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
Onion Powder
