2 medium-sized Russet Potatoes
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese ( sliced thin into 1 inch squares)
Olive Oil (for coating)
Flaky Sea Salt (as desired)

2 cups Sharp Cheddar, shredded
Green onions for garnish
1 can Hormel Chili with Beans
½ cup Corn
½ cup Black Beans
½ cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
½ cup Red Onion, diced
2 tbs Sour Cream
Green onion for topping
