Indonesian Sambal Recipe Vegetarian – also known as chilli sauce or chilli paste. It can be known as Sambal Oleg also and is a very important condiment in the Indonesian kitchen. It is used when eating rice dishes, on top of fried fish, fried chicken and other amazing dishes.
It works really well to eat with a fried egg on top of rice only.
