Chilli paneer
Finely chopped
2 green chillies
6-7 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger

250 gms paneer
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup maida
1/4th cup cornflour
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp maida ( it will absorb the moisture )
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cornstarch
