This Slow Cooker Chili is one of my favorite things to cook this time of year. I just love cooking in my slow cooker on a cold Fall/Autumn day. It just makes me feel all warm and cozy inside.
👩🏻‍🍳 CHILI RECIPE
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 cans (15 oz each) red kidney beans
2 cups beef broth or stock
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
ÂĽ cup instant corn masa flour (Maseca)
½ cup water
