The next step is grinding your own corn. Well worth it.

They look fantastic. My first were really pretty ugly, but tasted great. Yours look perfect.
It’s wild how much better the flavor is – it makes the tortilla a genuine part of the flavor combination, not just a vehicle.
Unless you can get them from a legit tortilleria, same day, there is no other way.
