    I recommend the potato to be sliced in smaller pieces, the avocado in thiner slices to cover all the tostada, and to add a natural red sauce (boiled sauce of blended tomato + onion + garlic + salt + pepper + a small piece of chilli pepper), that sauce looks like chamoy or valentina which are used more for snacks, chips or fruit.

    En verdad mente, que es picadillo? Parece que nomas avientas calquier carne y verduras tienes en el refrigerador. Nunca eh visto dos personas que hacen el picadillo igual.
