You can’t call something a “quesabirria taco”. “Quesabirria” implies that it is a quesadilla, not a taco, fill with Birria. So, is it a quesadilla or a taco?
A “quesabirria taco” would be some inception kinda thing where a quesadilla full of birria is inside a taco. 🤔🤔

I am no Judge…. but a true quesabirria needs more meat, less cheese… and a rich consome to dip it in(mas cebolla, cilantro, y un coca cola de vidrio).
